I have the mini square size and they’ve held up well and work to make mini cheesecakes, so I purchased two sets of the round shape for my larger recipes. My cheesecakes pop right out and I haven’t had any issues taking the bottom discs off. Note that when the discs are wet and you wonder how you will get the them apart, use a light touch. It’s counterintuitive, but if you use a light touch, they slide apart well. I hand wash my pans. They are lightweight to work with but sturdy. Mine came with extra discs. If you like finger sized desserts, these pans are great to bake with.

These are a wonderful baking tool. The size is just right! They are not as small as mini cup cake tins and not as large as a regular cup cake tins. I would say they are a 2 bite dessert, but my husband and kids eat them in 1. Before baking I sprayed them Pam, baked them, let cool and for 10 minutes, used a knife around some of the edges to help them release, let them cool completely then refrigerated them over night. The next day they came right out with out any issues! I hand washed them as I do all my baking pans and they washed up easily. The little disks are sharp, so be aware and wash with a sponge. I love that they came with so many extra disks. I highly recommend this so if you are on the fence....go for it you will not be disappointed.
